Delivery Policy

1. Instant Digital Access

All courses are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you receive access immediately. A login email is sent within 5 minutes of purchase with your account credentials and course access link.

2. Course Format

Each course includes: HD video lessons (streamable and downloadable), downloadable practice files (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sheets format as appropriate), exercise instructions with answer keys, keyboard shortcut cheat sheets, and community access for questions and discussion.

3. Lifetime Access

All courses include lifetime access. This means you can revisit any lesson, re-download any file, and access any future updates to the course content at no additional cost.

4. System Requirements

Web browser for video playback. Microsoft Office 2019 or later (or Microsoft 365) for Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook courses. Google account for Google Sheets course. Internet connection for streaming (offline downloads available).

5. Support
