Account Data: Name, email address, phone (optional), company name (optional). Collected during registration and checkout. Learning Data: Course progress, lesson completion times, exercise submissions, quiz scores. Used to track your progress and improve our courses. Payment Data: Processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We receive only last 4 digits of card, card brand, transaction amount, and date. We never store full card numbers. Communication Data: Emails, form submissions, chat messages, support tickets. Analytics: Plausible Analytics (cookieless, EU-hosted). No personal data collected for analytics purposes.
Service Delivery: Providing course access, tracking progress, issuing certificates, sending course materials, providing support. Course Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data (e.g., which lessons take longest, which exercises are most difficult) to improve course content. Individual data is never shared. Communication: Transactional emails (purchase confirmation, login credentials, certificate delivery). Marketing emails only with explicit opt-in consent — you can unsubscribe at any time. Legal Compliance: Tax reporting (IRS), fraud prevention, responding to legal requests.
